Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance Records
The collection contains a data set of neighborhood surveys conducted in 1983 by Matthew Crenson for his book, "Neighborhood Politics." The Data set series documents neighborhoods throughout Baltimore City. The Publications series includes community and neighborhood profiles for various locations in the city dated 1980-1996. This series also includes documentation from 1999 on the proposed structure of the "Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Center."
Butchers Hill Association Records
The collection documents the actions and business of the Butchers Hill Association, a neighborhood civic group in southeast Baltimore City, from the late 1970s through 2020. The Concerned Citizens for Butchers Hill Records documents the history and functions of the community organization between 1977 and 1997. Materials are mainly textual and include articles of incorporation, meeting minutes, correspondence, financial records, publications, deeds, grants, and subject files relating to neighborhood and homeownership topics. Some subjects of note include tenants issues, rent, property taxes, section 8 housing, construction, zoning, and mortages.

The Southeast Development, Inc. Records document the work of Souteast Development, Inc. between 1974 and 2013. The organization is a residential and commercial property development company founded in 1975 as an outgrowth of the Southeast Community Organization. Materials in this collection include records related to properties and projects in Southeast Baltimore, work plans, budgets, reports and studies, and SDI organization history documentation.
